We have Serviced/Repaired approximately 700 – 1500 different Instruments (Current Models and Vintage examples), we’ve built close to 60 Custom Guitars with more Builds always on the way! We have Customers sending us Instruments for Repair from as far away as Western Australia and New Guinea. We have wound, repaired, rewound and sent our Handwound Pickups overseas to Germany, USA and Japan to name a few destinations!

*More often than not people phone our Workshop to ask “How Much” over the phone and honestly sometimes it is hard to give an accurate estimate of an Instrument that we cannot closely examine for hidden damage or possible work needed. We always like to be thorough and like to give our customers all the options.

If you are Local to Cairns Region – please make time to drop in or have someone drop into our Workshop with the Instrument during Business Hours. That way we can offer the Inspection, Remedy Options and Outcome for your Instrument’s Service/Repairs.

After your Instrument has been dropped off at our Workshop – it will be placed into a Job Work Queue, the Work will be completed in between 1 – 5 Business Days depending on current Workload and Parts Availability. When completed we will email and call you directly to let you know your Instrument is ready to be collected.
