Rockpig Guitars Warranty Information Page

Guitars are a Fragile “assembly of materials” that can be adversely affected by Mishandling, Heat, Humidity, Spouse Damage, Water Damage and more. 

Rockpig Guitars will Warranty Materials and Workmanship Defects  – Wood Twisting, Wood Cracking and Wood/Glue Delamination & Paint Adhesion (Relic Finish Guitars Excuded) – for a period of 12 Months or 365 Days  from the Date of Purchase on the Sales Receipt.

We do NOT Warranty Humidity Damage (Cracking or Checking), Heat Damage (Glue Softening & Wood Movement) Water Damage (Wood Swelling & Paint Flaking), Cold Temperature Damage (Lacquer Checking or Cracks) Sunlight or UV Fading/Damage, Sweat Damage (Corrosion & Paint Scuffs), Any Other Wear and Tear, Worn Frets, Dented Frets, Rusted or Corroded Hardware –  (Screws/Tuners/Saddles/Knobs/Switches/Pickups), Stripped Hardware/Tremolo System/Locknut Screws/Parts, Dirty Electronics Contacts (Humidity and Salt Air Damage). Sweat Damaged/Shorted or Rusted Pickups, Worn or Faded Lacquer Finishes, Scratches, Dings, Dents, Paint Chips, Any Modifications not performed by Rockpig Guitars Australia, Any Dissasembly Damage or Other Guitar Repairer/Tech Damage. 

For Warranty purposes – the Instrument Owner Pays for Freighting the Instrument back to our Workshop. Rockpig Guitars will Pay for Freight back to the Owner if upon inspection/testing that Warranty Work is required. We reserve the right to Repair or Replace any Parts/Components or Complete Instruments if required for Warranty Purposes.
