We offer 2 Different Winds depending on Your Guitar’s Construction Glue Type.
*Tite-bond Wind – a Modified Wind designed for early 1970s USA Factory and up to 2014 Custom Shop Reissues constructed with Tite-bond Glue.
*Hide Glue Wind – The Original Wind designed for Recent Custom Shop Reissues constructed with Hide Glue.
We recommend a 0.4k ohm offset for balance!
Neck Pickups can be wound from 7 – 8k ohm
Bridge Pickups can be wound from 7.5 – 8.6 ohm

Pickup Color Codes…
Our colour codes are the same as Dimarzio Pickups, when installing alongside other brands of pickups you may need to swap the Red and Green Wires over to sort out any Phase Issues. Also if mixing with other Branded Pickup or if you are installing into a PRS with a Rotary 5 way switch Guitar be sure to change the phase (switch the red and green wires) on the Neck Pickup to resolve any Phase Cancellation Issues if it sounds thin and weird when both Pickups are selected – same advice also applies to 3-Way Toggle Switch in the Middle Position with different rand Pickups installed.
